We completed a full RV roof replacement in Denver, CO on a 38 ft RV that was severely damaged by hail. The impact caused widespread failure of the TPO membrane and affected multiple sections of the roof decking. Our team removed the damaged materials, replaced 10 sections of plywood, and installed a new TPO roofing system. All seams, edges, and penetrations were properly sealed to ensure long-term performance. The result is a fully restored RV roof with improved durability, strong weather resistance, and protection against future leaks.

We completed RV roof maintenance in Sacramento, CA on a 36 ft RV with early signs of sealant wear. Preventive maintenance is essential to avoid costly repairs and extend the life of the roof. Our team carefully prepared the surface, reinforced critical areas, and sealed all seams and penetrations using fiber-reinforced silicone. We only remove old sealant when necessary, ensuring the roof structure remains intact and protected. As a result, the roof is now fully sealed and protected against future leaks, providing long-term durability and peace of mind.

The client brought the RV with a damage edge from tree branches. Partial roof membrane was removed and replaced and the whole roof was coated with a 20 year warranty Silicone. The repair and coating cost for a 37’ RV roof was $4200 and the job was done in 2 days.

The existing roofing membrane was separating on edges and had to be removed. Silicone + Reinforced fabric was applied with two layers of silicone coating on top. The job was done in one day with a $2500 cost.

In This 20’ Rv we had to completely remove not only the roof membrane but also the whole deck itself and replaced it with a new one. The owner of the RV chose the Silicone Sandwich option (Silicone + Reinforced Fabric + Silicone). Really a bulletproof roof that would last way over 20 years. The job was finished within 3-4 day for $6500 total cost.
