The Story

The Problem

The 2022 RV roof had membrane and plywood damage that required replacement to restore the roof system and help prevent future water intrusion.

The Solution

We removed the damaged roofing materials, replaced 6 plywood sections, prepared the roof deck, and installed a new TPO membrane with properly sealed seams and penetrations.

The Result

The RV now has a restored roof with new plywood sections, a new TPO membrane, and properly sealed roof components.

We completed a TPO roof replacement in San Diego, CA on a 21 ft 2022 RV. The project included replacement of damaged roofing material and several sections of the plywood roof decking. Our team removed the existing membrane, replaced 6 plywood sections, prepared the roof deck, and installed a new TPO roofing system. All required roof components, seams, edges, and penetrations were properly sealed. The result is a restored RV roof with new decking sections, a clean TPO membrane, and improved long-term protection against moisture and weather exposure.
