Types of RV Roof Repair Services

We service motorhomes, campers, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and caravans, tailoring our approach to each roof’s material and condition. Depending on your RV’s roof - whether fiberglass, PVC, EPDM rubber, or TPO - we’ll recommend either a full fiber-reinforced silicone coating or a membrane replacement with TPO and silicone-reinforced seams. For example, fiberglass roofs with only side-seam cracks can be repaired using our fiber-reinforced silicone seam solution and then covered with a premium silicone topcoat. PVC or EPDM roofs that are still in good shape and have never been coated before can simply receive a direct, full-coverage silicone coating to restore UV and water resistance. And when an old membrane is too damaged to repair, we remove it and install a brand-new PVC roof - finished at every joint and penetration with our fiber-reinforced silicone seam sealant - for unmatched durability and protection against mechanical wear.

Materials & Specialized Techniques

At RV Roof Worx, we’ve serviced over 500 RV roofs—from motorhomes and campers to travel trailers, fifth wheels, and caravans—and we tailor every repair to your roof’s material, age, and budget. To start, we recommend a quick, zero-obligation call with one of our experts, who will ask targeted questions about your current roof condition. Based on that assessment, we’ll propose the solution that delivers the best value and longevity, whether it’s a seamless coating, spot repair, or full membrane replacement

Fiber-Reinforced Silicone Coating

A monolithic topcoat for PVC or EPDM roofs in good condition—seals and protects without stripping your existing membrane

TPO Membrane Replacement & Silicone-Reinforced Seams

Remove the old roof, install durable TPO panels, then seal every lap, vent, and fastener with our fiber-infused silicone for a watertight system

Fiberglass Side-Seam Repair

When cracks occur at termination bars or edges, we inject and seal them with our fiber-reinforced silicone seam solution—no full recoat required if the rest of the roof is sound

Targeted Plywood Replacement & Leak Fix

For localized soft spots, we replace 1–2 sheets of rotted plywood beneath the leak zone, then apply a reinforced patch to stop water intrusion

Full Roof Recoat After Plywood Repair

Once plywood is replaced, coat the entire roof with our premium silicone to ensure uniform protection and extend service life
