We know that RV roof repair is a serious investment. That's why we created this page to answer the most important questions about pricing, warranty, insurance, timing, and responsibility - so you feel confident before scheduling an inspection.
Pricing & Deposits
How much does RV roof repair cost?
There is no flat price without inspection - every RV roof is different. The final price depends on: roof type (TPO, PVC, etc.), RV size, level of damage, whether plywood replacement is required, and the solution chosen (coating system or full membrane replacement).
You receive a clear, written estimate before any work begins
Once approved, the price does not change without your consent
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit required. You don't pay just to schedule.
All payment terms are clearly stated in the approved estimate and invoice.
Is your inspection free?
The inspection becomes free if you approve the repair after inspection. If you decide not to move forward, a $150 inspection fee applies.
Inspection includes:
Professional roof evaluation
Photo and video documentation
Technical damage assessment
Detailed written estimate
Warranty Coverage
What warranty do you provide?
We offer a real written warranty - not just promises:
1-Year Warranty
Maintenance & small repairs
20-Year Warranty
Silicone coating systems & full TPO/PVC replacement
Warranty is issued individually for each client
Becomes active after both parties confirm the warranty terms
You receive an official warranty document after the job is completed
What is not covered by warranty?
Warranty does NOT cover:
Damage caused from inside the RV
Structural damage due to mechanical impact
Storms, hail, fires, floods, acts of nature
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Equipment installed by third parties (A/C, solar panels, antennas, etc.)
What if I call you for a warranty issue and it's not a warranty case?
If the issue is confirmed as a warranty case, repairs are completed at no charge.
If the issue is not related to warranty, the service visit and diagnosis are billable at standard rates.
This keeps the process fair for all clients.
Can the warranty be transferred when I sell my RV?
Yes - the warranty can be transferred once to a new owner. Transfer must be completed through the RV Roof Worx office.
Insurance Claims
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes - we help technically prepare your case for insurance, including:
Professional inspections
Photo & video evidence
Written damage reports
Detailed insurance-ready estimates
Important to understand:
We are not an insurance company
We do not file claims for the client
We do not approve or deny coverage
We do not guarantee claim approval
Final claim decisions are made only by the RV owner and the insurance company.
When does insurance usually cover RV roof damage?
Insurance often applies to:
Storm and hail damage
Falling branches or debris
Impact damage
Sudden external water intrusion
Final approval depends entirely on your insurance policy.
Booking & Cancellation
What happens if I cancel my appointment?
Cancel before crew arrival - Free
Cancel on the same day before arrival - Free
Cancel after work has started - Minimum $150 service fee + payment for completed work to that point
What if work must be rescheduled due to weather?
If conditions are unsafe or there is no access to the RV, the job is rescheduled at no cost.
