Cancellation & Refund Policy
At RV Roof Worx, we believe in full transparency when it comes to scheduling, inspections, cancellations, and payments. Below is our clear and straightforward cancellation and refund policy so you always know what to expect.
Deposits & Upfront Payments
- • We do not require a deposit to schedule an inspection or RV roof service.
- • All pricing is confirmed only after an on-site inspection and final estimate approval by the customer.
- • Work begins only after the customer approves the final estimate.
Mobile Inspection Fee Policy
We offer a mobile on-site inspection service.
- • If the customer proceeds with the repair after the inspection, the inspection is FREE
- • If the customer declines the repair after the inspection, a $150 inspection fee applies
This inspection includes:
- • Roof condition evaluation
- • Photo documentation
- • Damage assessment
- • Repair estimate preparation
Cancellation Before the Service Date
- • If you cancel your appointment before our crew arrives, there is NO cancellation fee
- • If you cancel on the day of service before arrival, cancellation is also FREE
Cancellation After Work Has Started
Once work has started, cancellation is handled as follows:
- • A minimum service fee of $150 applies
- • The customer is also responsible for paying for the portion of work already completed
This policy exists because materials, labor, and crew time are already committed once work begins.
To prevent unexpected cancellations after work starts, we always:
- • Perform a full on-site inspection
- • Confirm the final price
- • Begin work only after customer approval
Weather & Force Majeure Situations
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. In cases of:
- • Severe weather
- • Unsafe working conditions
- • RV access issues
- • Customer emergencies
We will reschedule your service at no charge for a mutually convenient date.
Refund Policy
- • Since no deposits are collected, refunds generally do not apply before work begins
- • If a customer cancels after work has started, charges apply only for:
- The $150 service minimum
- The actual work completed at the time of cancellation
No additional penalties are applied.
