Terms of Service

RV Roof Worx provides professional RV roof services including, but not limited to:

• • RV roof inspections
• • Maintenance and small repairs
• • Silicone coating systems
• • Full TPO / PVC roof replacement
• • Plywood and roof structure restoration
• • Seam, penetration, and component sealing

All services are performed based on the visible condition of the roof at the time of inspection.

• • All inspections are performed on-site
• • Final pricing is determined only after inspection
• • Work begins only after customer approval of the final estimate
• • If the customer approves the repair after inspection → the inspection is FREE
• • If the customer declines after inspection → a $150 inspection fee applies

• • No deposits are required to schedule an inspection or services
• • Payment terms are listed on the approved estimate and invoice
• • Payment must be made according to invoice terms
• • Warranty coverage is inactive if any balance remains unpaid

• • Cancellation before crew arrival - FREE
• • Same-day cancellation before crew arrival - FREE
• • Cancellation after work has started:

- A minimum $150 service fee applies

- Customer is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the time of cancellation

If work must be delayed due to weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies, or lack of RV access, the job will be rescheduled at no charge.

• • 1-Year Warranty - Maintenance & Small Repairs
• • 20-Year Warranty - Silicone Coating Systems & Full TPO/PVC Roof Replacement

• • Warranty is issued in written or electronic format after project completion
• • Warranty is considered active ONLY after the warranty document is signed by both parties - the RV owner and RV Roof Worx
• • Warranty may be transferred one time to a new owner with required processing through the RV Roof Worx office

• • If inspection confirms a valid warranty issue - repairs are performed at no cost
• • If a warranty service call is determined to be non-warranty related:

- Trip charge, inspection, and diagnostic fees are the customer's responsibility according to current service rates

The customer agrees to:

• • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the RV
• • Ensure the RV is structurally safe for inspection and service
• • Remove personal belongings from work areas when required
• • Disclose known hidden defects or prior damage
• • Maintain the roof according to post-service recommendations

Failure to comply may result in warranty voidance.

RV Roof Worx is not responsible for:

• • Pre-existing defects not visible during inspection
• • Hidden water damage, mold, or rot discovered after roof removal
• • Interior RV damage not directly caused by roofing work
• • Incidental, consequential, or indirect damages
• • Delays caused by weather, material supply, access issues, or customer actions

Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

• • RV Roof Worx is not responsible for third-party modifications
• • Unauthorized third-party work may void warranty coverage
• • Temporary or emergency third-party repairs are not covered by warranty

RV Roof Worx may capture photos and videos for:

• • Quality control
• • Warranty documentation
• • Training and marketing purposes

Customer personal information is never disclosed.

Scheduling an inspection, approving an estimate, or authorizing work to begin constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
