The Story

The Problem

The existing roof on this compact 15' RV had reached the point where a complete roofing system update was needed. The project also required insulation replacement and repairs to several sections of the plywood decking.

The Solution

The existing roofing was removed, the insulation was replaced, and four plywood sections were renewed. After preparing the roof deck, a new TPO membrane was installed along with a new powered roof vent and vent cover.

The Result

The RV received a renewed roof structure with new insulation, repaired decking, a TPO membrane, and upgraded roof ventilation for improved protection and functionality.

We completed a TPO roof replacement in Philadelphia, PA on a compact 15 ft RV approximately 20 years old. The project included insulation replacement, four plywood decking repairs, and upgrades to the roof ventilation system. After removing the existing roofing materials, our team replaced the insulation and four sections of plywood before preparing the deck for a new TPO membrane. We also installed a new powered roof vent and a new vent cover. The finished roof now has a renewed TPO system, restored decking and insulation, and upgraded ventilation for dependable long-term roof protection.
