Preventive Roof and Side Maintenance on a 2012 RV in Philadelphia

We completed a silicone coating system project in Philadelphia, PA on a 28 ft 2019 RV. The roof showed signs of surface wear, localized plywood damage, and an A/C area that required service and sealing. Our team replaced 1 damaged plywood section, prepared the roof surface, serviced and sealed the A/C area, applied primer, and installed a silicone coating system across the roof. All seams, edges, and roof penetrations were properly sealed to help prevent future leaks. The result is a renewed RV roof with improved surface protection, repaired decking, sealed roof components, and long-term resistance against moisture and weather exposure.

We completed a TPO roof replacement project in Sacramento, CA on a 23 ft RV with membrane damage and localized plywood deterioration. Our team removed the damaged roofing materials, replaced 3 sections of plywood decking, prepared the roof surface, and installed a new TPO membrane. All roof components, seams, edges, and penetrations were properly sealed to help prevent future leaks. The result is a restored RV roof with a clean new TPO system, repaired decking, and long-term protection against moisture and weather exposure.
