The Story
The Problem
The RV roof showed signs of membrane deterioration and damage to the roof decking, increasing the risk of leaks and long-term structural issues.
The Solution
We removed the damaged roofing materials, replaced compromised plywood sections, and installed a new PVC roofing system with properly sealed seams and penetrations.
The Result
The RV now has a fully restored roof with a durable PVC membrane designed for long-term weather protection and leak resistance.
We completed a PVC roof replacement project in Philadelphia, PA on a 29 ft RV with an aging roof system and damaged roof decking. Several sections of the roof required structural repairs before a new membrane could be installed.
Our team replaced 8 sections of plywood, prepared the roof surface, and installed a new PVC roofing system. All roof penetrations, seams, and edges were properly sealed to ensure long-term protection against moisture and weather exposure.
The result is a fully restored RV roof with improved durability, leak resistance, and extended service life.

We completed a silicone coating system project in San Jose, CA on a 21 ft 2005 RV. The roof showed signs of age, worn sealant, and surface wear that required protective maintenance before leaks could develop.
Our team cleaned and prepared the roof surface, applied primer to improve adhesion, reinforced critical areas and penetrations, and installed a silicone coating system across the roof. All seams, edges, and roof elements were sealed to help protect the RV against future water intrusion.
The result is a renewed RV roof with improved leak resistance, better weather protection, and extended service life.
We completed preventive RV roof and side maintenance in Philadelphia, PA on a 31 ft 2012 RV. The roof showed aging sealant and side edge areas that required service to help prevent future leaks.
Our team inspected the roof, cleaned and prepared the surface, applied primer, and sealed the roof seams, penetrations, and both side edges with fiber-reinforced silicone. Side maintenance was completed on both sides of the RV for improved edge protection.
The result is a properly maintained RV roof with sealed side edges, improved leak resistance, and better long-term protection against moisture intrusion.
