RV Roof Replacement with TPO and Plywood Repair on 26’ RV in Philadelphia, PA

We completed a roof coating system project in San Diego, CA on a 28 ft RV with aging sealant and potential leak risks. The roof required proper preparation, including removal of deteriorated sealant and replacement of a damaged plywood section. Our team thoroughly cleaned and prepped the surface, applied primer for strong adhesion, reinforced seams with fiber, and installed a high-quality silicone coating system. As a result, the roof is now fully sealed and protected against future leaks, ensuring long-term durability and performance.
