The Story
The Problem
The RV roof had serious membrane and structural damage, including compromised plywood decking and damaged joists. Several roof components also needed replacement, while the old antenna was no longer needed by the customer.
The Solution
We removed the damaged roofing materials, replaced the affected joists and plywood sections, installed a new TPO membrane, replaced the skylight and sewer vents, completed side stripping, and sealed all roof components. The old antenna was removed from the roof layout and not reinstalled per customer request.
The Result
The RV roof is now fully rebuilt with a new TPO system, reinforced structure, new roof components, sealed edges, and improved long-term leak protection.
We completed a full TPO roof replacement in Sacramento, CA on a 35 ft RV with significant roof and structural damage. The project required more than a membrane replacement because the plywood decking and roof joists also needed repair.
