The Story

The Problem

This 38' RV roof required renewed weather protection and repair of delamination in the front right corner. The skylight area also required attention as part of the roof service.

The Solution

The roof was cleaned and prepared, and the delaminated area in the front right corner was repaired. The skylight area and roof penetrations were prepared and sealed before applying the silicone coating system.

The Result

The RV now has a renewed roof surface with a protective silicone coating, repaired front-corner delamination, and refreshed sealing around the skylight.

We completed a silicone roof coating project in Denver, CO on a 38 ft RV. The work included repairing delamination in the front right corner and servicing the skylight area before applying the protective coating system. Our team cleaned and prepared the roof, repaired the delaminated area, addressed the skylight and roof penetrations, and applied primer where required. The roof was then sealed and protected with a silicone coating system. The finished roof has renewed weather protection, repaired delamination, and refreshed sealing around key roof components.

I don’t give 5’s but this is close. The whole process of getting roof done on my 2016, 40 foot toy hauler was extremely efficient and easy for me. Quotation was fast and took into account a repair need where roof was detached via photos. Job was done where I store the unit. Technician was knowledgeable and answered all questions well. I felt like extra work was done in coordination with office and technician to make my job look good. In a few years I’ll be able to comment on durability but it looks good now. Price was very good versus roof replacement and the warranty is outstanding.
