Fiberglass Roof Maintenance for a 2023 21' RV in Sacramento

We completed a silicone roof coating project in Philadelphia, PA on a 29 ft 2017 Heartland Pioneer PI 287. The project focused on preparing the existing RV roof and applying a protective coating system. Our team cleaned and prepared the roof surface, prepared the roof components, applied primer where required, and installed a silicone coating system. Roof seams, edges, and penetrations were properly sealed as part of the work. The result is a renewed RV roof with a protective silicone coating system designed to help resist moisture and weather exposure.

We completed a full TPO roof replacement in Sacramento, CA on a 35 ft RV with significant roof and structural damage. The project required more than a membrane replacement because the plywood decking and roof joists also needed repair. Our team removed the damaged roofing materials, replaced 5 roof joists, installed 10 sections of new plywood decking, and prepared the roof for a new TPO membrane. We also completed side stripping on both sides, installed 1 new skylight, installed 3 new sewer vents, completed awning-related roof work, and sealed all seams, edges, and penetrations. The old antenna was removed and not reinstalled because the customer no longer needed it. The result is a fully rebuilt RV roof with a new TPO system, improved structure, updated roof components, and long-term protection against leaks.
