RV Roof Maintenance on 36’ RV in Sacramento, CA — Fiber-Reinforced Silicone

We completed preventive RV roof and side maintenance in Philadelphia, PA on a 31 ft 2012 RV. The roof showed aging sealant and side edge areas that required service to help prevent future leaks. Our team inspected the roof, cleaned and prepared the surface, applied primer, and sealed the roof seams, penetrations, and both side edges with fiber-reinforced silicone. Side maintenance was completed on both sides of the RV for improved edge protection. The result is a properly maintained RV roof with sealed side edges, improved leak resistance, and better long-term protection against moisture intrusion.

The roof showed signs of surface wear, localized plywood damage, and an A/C area that required service and sealing.
