We completed a full RV roof restoration in Venice, FL on a 20 ft RV with severe structural and membrane damage. The roof required not only replacement of the TPO membrane but also reinforcement of the underlying structure.
Our team replaced 2 joists, 2 sections of insulation, and installed 6 sections of plywood using the overlap method. A new TPO roofing system was installed, and all seams, edges, and penetrations were sealed. Additional work included side stripping and sealing of the slide-out.
The result is a fully restored RV roof with improved structural integrity, insulation, and long-term protection against leaks.
