The Story
The Problem
The 2017 Winnebago roof showed signs of aging, worn sealant, and damaged termination bars that could lead to future leaks if left untreated.
The Solution
We replaced 2 termination bars, prepared the roof surface, applied primer, and installed a silicone coating system with all seams, edges, and penetrations properly sealed.
The Result
The roof is now sealed and protected with a silicone coating system, while the new termination bars help secure the roof edges and improve long-term leak protection.
We completed a silicone coating system project in Orlando, FL on a 22 ft 2017 Winnebago. The roof showed signs of aging, worn sealant, and damaged termination bars that needed replacement to improve roof edge protection.
Our team removed the damaged termination bars, installed 2 new termination bars, cleaned and prepared the roof surface, applied primer, and installed a silicone coating system across the roof. All seams, edges, and roof penetrations were sealed to help prevent future leaks.
The result is a restored Winnebago roof with improved protection, clean sealed edges, and a durable silicone coating system designed for long-term weather resistance.

In April I bought a used 2017 Winnebago Fuse 23 T. Even though in general it was in great shape with low miles I needed to find out the condition of the roof. I call/ emailed several companies. When I spoke with the people at RV Roof Worx I knew they would be the one to give me an estimate. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. They gave a great price to inspect and if there was a need to reseal. When Alex arrived he did a through inspection of the roof with pictures. Explained what he found and said he could do the repairs as discussed but there were things in time that could give me a problem. He said I would benefit doing a coating system with silicone for the entire roof plus couple other suggestions but I would not have to do it now unless I wanted to. He sent the pictures to the office and they sent back what it would cost to do everything. It was not unreasonable and I knew I would want sometime in the future so I agreed. Alex obtained what he needed to complete the job and worked for hours and kept me informed He was very Courteous and respectful. When he completed his job, he took more picture and it was beautiful and I am very pleased and the roof now has a 20 year warranty. I am now at peace knowing there be no leaks to mess up my coach. I would come to this company if I need any other things done in the future. I highly recommend them.
I have attached only a couple pics. Of course you can tell which pick is the final outcome:)
We completed RV roof maintenance in Denver, CO on a 22 ft 2015 RV. The project included preventive roof service and installation of a customer-supplied roof vent.
Our team inspected the roof, prepared the surface, installed the roof vent, and sealed the vent area, seams, and roof penetrations with fiber-reinforced silicone. This type of maintenance helps prevent future leaks and extends the service life of the RV roof.
The result is a properly sealed roof with a newly installed vent and improved protection against water intrusion.
We completed a TPO roof replacement project in Sacramento, CA on a 33 ft RV with an aging roof membrane and slide-out areas that required additional sealing.
Our team removed the old roofing materials, prepared the roof surface, and installed a new TPO membrane across the roof. All roof components, seams, edges, and penetrations were properly sealed. As part of the additional work, we sealed 3 slide-outs with silicone to help prevent future water intrusion.
The result is a restored RV roof with a durable TPO membrane, sealed roof components, and improved protection against leaks.
